The natural topic of conversation in Calgary is the WEATHER. ;-)
Today: frosty. Long, delicate frost crystals growing on the bare branches of the aspen trees.
Cold and surprisingly moist for us. We only get these crystals when there's enough water in the air to grow them, and not too much wind (it knocks them off).
Winter is starting and we all know it will be much colder and darker than what we had today. But November is when we try and adjust to it.
It feels colder than it really is because we're no longer used to it.
And it was strangely foggy today.
